From our garden to your: With Spring in the air, The Trustees of the Wardsboro Public Library are holding their annual Memorial Day Weekend Plant Sale, in time to enhance your summer gardens. The sale will take place, Saturday May 24, from 9 a.m to 1 p.m. on the front lawn of the library at 170 main street, Wardsboro. Admission and parking are free. Plant sale is held rain or shine. Donations of plants are welcome at the library. Locally grown perennials, colorful annuals, vegetable, herbs and of course, Gilfeather turnip seedlings and seeds will be on sale. Check out our beautiful plants, our delicious baked good and many fabulous books! Free book to every child!
