NH CYCC's Kids Chronic Health Awareness Event and Community Celebration
Each year, the New Hampshire Council for Youths with Chronic Conditions hosts a free event to raise awareness of chronic health conditions and celebrate the resilience of kids and their families. At this event, we recognize several youths who demonstrate compassion and initiative in their communities with Champion Awards, present a Chronic Disease Day Proclamation from Governor Sununu, and share highlights from our work during the year.
This event also includes family-friendly activities including: A planetarium show, crafts, a scavenger hunt, superhero guests, pizza, and snacks.
