Nature Immersion & Sound Bath

Nature Immersion & Sound Bath

Join us for a restorative experience that weaves together the grounding practice of forest bathing with the soothing resonance of a sound bath.

🌲We’ll begin with a guided forest bathing walk led by Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Brittany Carr. Through gentle invitations, meditation, and sensory connection, you’ll be guided to slow down, tune into the natural world, and experience the health benefits of shinrin-yoku—the Japanese practice of “forest bathing.” Our walk includes mindful movement, time for reflection, and concludes with herbal tea and community sharing

🎶We’ll then transition into a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath led by Val, where the soothing resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments helps you rest and gently integrate your time in the forest. Let the vibrations wash over you, supporting balance, renewal, and inner peace.

✨Together, this purposeful blending of Brittany & Val’s practices create a unique journey of deep presence, reconnection, and nourishment.
