Join us in the Main Gallery at 3S Artspace for a reception featuring artworks by youths and adults of the Greater Portsmouth Youth Wellness Coalition, in tandem with artist Peter Bruun's works in Each Has Their Grief, currently on exhibit. Bruun's paintings and drawings explore grief in the wake of the death of his daughter from an overdose.

As a tool to deepen conversation on substance use, connect with the Seacoast community, and create an environment for healing, the artist collaborated with the Greater Portsmouth Youth Wellness Coalition, leading a workshop for participants affected by loss from substance use to create art as a path to exploring their feelings and experiences. The reception will include a communal conversation on shared journeys of hardship and healing.
