Backyard Foraging with Gail Alibozek

Backyard Foraging with Gail Alibozek
Join her at 4pm on May 1st in the program room to discuss common backyard herbs and learn to forage your own wild-harvested tea!
Gail Alibozek is a holistic health practitioner and avid herbalist, located in southern New Hampshire. Through her education, she holds a deep appreciation for the symbiotic relationship between the human body and healing herbs of the earth. But her love of wild foraging really blossomed through her fascination with the energetic connection of localized herbs and their remarkable ability to make themselves available for specific health conditions. While looking to improve her own health, she was amazed to find that what she needed was already growing wild in her own backyard! She and her husband have since mastered the art of wild-harvest tea, creating their signature blend on their homestead that they lovingly call ‘Robbin’s Brook Farm’. Now, Gail spends her time speaking about plant wisdom throughout New England and educating people on the resources that are prevalently growing right in their own backyards!
