This is the first time in 140 years that this weathervane has been removed from its 40 foot perch on top of the tower and taken into the Hallowell City Hall auditorium to be seen up close. Dont miss this free event on Saturday September 14 from 1 PM to 3 PM. This event is sponsored by the Hallowell Citizens Initiuative Committee.
