The 2024 New Hampshire Caregiver's Conference will be held on on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at the Grappone Conference Center located in Concord. Keynote Susan McKeown, APRN (ret), CPS, MFA will present on “Introducing the Balance Wheel and Determining What Areas of Life Might Need Some Attention.” Attached find the save the date flyer.

Our conference welcomes caregivers of all caregiver populations to attend a day of great workshop presentations, networking, exhibitors, resources and more! This conference will continue to bring to the forefront of the community and the state the unrecognized value of these people who perform the task of caring. Hot breakfast buffet and plated Thanksgiving Luncheon included.
