How Trump's mass deportation efforts have affected families this year

The centerpiece of the Trump administration's second term has been mass deportations. NPR's Jasmine Garsd recaps how families and American children have been affected.

She started her career as the co-host of Alt.Latino, an NPR show about Latin music. Throughout her reporting career she's focused extensively on women's issues and immigrant communities in America.
