U.S. Supreme Court Throws Out Death Sentence From 30 Years Ago

The Supreme Court announced opinions today and overruled a 30-year old death sentence for a Georgia man because of racial discrimination in the jury selection. NPR’s Ron Elving tells Here & Now’s Robin Young about the legal repercussions, as well as a new Washington Post poll that shows Donald Trump leading Hillary Clinton nationally. The poll comes with big caveats for the likely Republican nominee.
