Starbucks Joins Other Companies In Changing Its Rewards Program

Starting today, Starbucks is making some changes to its rewards program. Customers will now receive stars based on how much money they spend, instead of how often they visit. Social media is already buzzing over the changes. Here & Now‘s Jeremy Hobson talks with Jason Bellini of the Wall Street Journal about what Starbucks gets out of its reward program, and how rewards in other industries are changing.
