Pot Use Penalties Being Reduced For Some College Athletes

A recent AP investigation found that some schools in the country’s major athletic conferences are not punishing athletes for marijuana use as harshly as they used to. This comes after the NCAA’s chief medical officer said the organization should not be testing for recreational drugs in the first place. Here & Now’s Peter O’Dowd speaks with the athletic director at the University of Utah.
