International drug kingpin Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman is once again Mexico’s most-wanted man after his escape from a Mexican maximum security prison on July 11.
There’s an international hunt for El Chapo, and the Drug Enforcement Administration’s deputy administrator, Jack Riley, has professional and personal reasons for wanting to recapture El Chapo. He speaks with Here & Now’s Meghna Chakrabarti.
