Golden State Warriors fans took to the streets of Oakland last night to celebrate their team’s first championship in 40 years. They beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 105 to 97 in Game 6 of the NBA Finals.
For Cleveland fans, it’s been an even longer wait for any major sports championship, but last night’s loss was tempered with some optimism. Mark Urycki from Here & Now’s contributor WCPN reports.
