'Marigold Hotel' Director Had No Reservations About A Sequel

“The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel” was a huge hit in 2012. The film, about a group of retirees at a hotel for the elderly in India, starred a number of British acting legends, including Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, and Bill Nighy.

Now there’s a follow up, “The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.” Here & Now’s Robin Young speaks with John Madden, who directed both films.
