Coming Soon On JetBlue: Less Legroom, More Baggage Fees

Facing pressure from analysts and investors over finances, JetBlue Airways is adding bag fees and cutting passenger legroom, after the airline has been one of the only big U.S. airlines offering fliers one free checked bag.

The airline will offer a new discount ticket that doesn’t include a complimentary checked bag, according to a securities filing released today.
