Republican Wave Results In Historic Highs At Statehouses

The Republican wave in Tuesday’s 2014 midterm elections resulted in big wins in state legislatures. The GOP now has its highest number of state lawmakers since 1920, and a record number of majorities in legislative chambers.

Luis Fortuño, former governor of Puerto Rico and board member of the Republican State Leadership Committee, tells Here & Now‘s Jeremy Hobson that first on the agenda for Republican state lawmakers is job creation, not issues like gun rights.
