Before joining NHPR as producer for The Exchange in 2011, Ellen Grimm worked as a freelance reporter, covering Manchester for NHPR and writing for The Associated Press, New Hampshire Business Review, and The Telegraph of Nashua. Before moving to New Hampshire in 1996, she worked as an editor and writer in Boston, including as a freelance reporter for The Boston Globe. She has also spent some time writing fiction, earning an MFA in creative writing from Cornell University in 1990.

Born and raised in the Newark, NJ area, Keith entered the world of radio through the commercial side working overnights at the now defunct jazz station WCDJ in Boston, followed by producing news and talk programs at the AM radio powerhouse WBZ. In 1993 he migrated into public radio and spent 10 years at WBUR working as an engineer, director and producer for shows like The Connection with Christopher Lydon, One Union Station from WRNI in Rhode Island and On Point with Tom Ashbrook. He came to NHPR in 2003. In addition to his work on The Exchange, Keith also oversees major programming projects like election night coverage and debates. He also teaches several courses in journalism and radio production at the University of New Hampshire in Manchester.

Kate has been hosting The Folk Show since 1995. In addition to her studio work, Kate emcees festivals and concerts throughout the Northeast.

Chris Martin has worked for New Hampshire Audubon for close to 35 years as a Conservation Biologist, specializing in birds of prey like Bald Eagles, Peregrine Falcons, and Northern Harriers.

Amanda Loder reports on business and the economy in NHPR's newsroom, and hosts Weekend Edition. Amanda joined New Hampshire Public Radio following four years of reporting and hosting at Spokane Public Radio in Washington State. At Spokane Public Radio, she was recognized with regional Edward R. Murrow and SPJ awards for her feature and series reporting. During four years at SPR, she worked her way up from general assignment reporter to featurist, and was ultimately tapped to host All Things Considered. Amanda, a native Iowan, received her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Religious Studies from Lawrence University, and a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University.
