Stargazing at Squam

Stargazing at Squam
On Tuesday, October 21st at 7:00 pm, the Squam Lakes Association (SLA) will be hosting an introductory stargazing workshop. What better place to gaze at the stars than at Squam Lake! SLA is honored to welcome members of the New Hampshire Astronomical Society who will show us exciting celestial objects through their telescopes. We will learn all about stargazing 101, such as recommended materials, when and where to stargaze, and how to spot some important constellations. We will spend time on our porch under the new moon. This is a great event for all ages to spend some time outside and explore the night sky. Registration is required for this free event.
