Discover the art of spinning yarn! This beginner-friendly class introduces the fundamental techniques of yarn spinning using a simple tool called a drop spindle. It's an ideal entry point into the fiber arts world, requiring minimal tools and space.

In this one-day class that lasts approximately 90-minutes, our Museum Instructor will guide you through the basics of spinning, and by the end, you'll take home both your drop spindle and the yarn you’ve spun. Each class is limited to eight participants.

Members $55; Nonmembers $65.

Cost includes drop spindle and wool roving.
