Saturday October 25 Hallowell Halloween Costume Parade assembles at 5:45 pm at the corner of Temple and Water Streets and walks North to Winthrop Street intersection where it then proceeds down to the Kennebec River Front at Granite City Park for a Halloween Bonfire with music.Join in the parade or watch it proceed through downtown. Several Restaurants and Pubs will have great foods, spirits and live entertainment.
