Religious Freedom Tested Across Country
This week, a baker in suburban Denver argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals that he shouldn’t be forced to bake a wedding cake for a same-sex couple because it would violate his beliefs.
In Kansas, Governor Sam Brownback signed an executive order prohibiting the state government from taking action against clergy or religious organizations that deny services to same-sex couples based on religious beliefs.
