SEC Examines Role of Lawyers

Highly-publicized business scandals are raising concerns over the role lawyers play in cases of corporate misconduct. Lawyers have been bound to inform company management of malfeasance. But under a new rule being considered by the Securities and Exchange Commission, they could be required to tell federal regulators as well. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
