Have you hugged a President this week? Steve Wood has. As a card-carrying member of the Association ofLincoln Presenters, Wood assumes the garb, voice and character of the country’s 16th President to educate people about Lincoln’s life and legacy.
In February 2002, he answered some of John Walters’s questions on NHPR’s The Front Porch: how he started doing this, some of his experiences both in and out of costume, and how do we know what we know about Lincoln.
