A community open-mic series with featured readers every Sunday from July 13-Aug. 24 at 3 pm, held at The Frost Place in Franconia, NH.

We are delighted to join forces with our friends and colleagues at the Loon Preservation Committee (LPC). Loon Cruises focus on Common Loon conservation, biology, and monitoring. A Science Center naturalist joins a LPC biologist who guides the tour and discusses the work LPC does across the state and on Squam to protect these extraordinary birds. The cruise route is chosen to maximize Loon observations. Cruises are 90 minutes long and on canopied pontoon boats. New Hampshire State law requires youth ages 12 and under to wear a life jacket on board.

Not recommended for ages 5 and under.

Can you think of any animals disliked by people? The public image of some animals is often inaccurate and can result in negative attitudes.

A Squam Lakes Natural Science Center naturalist will introduce you to live animals with a bad "rep" and help you consider the good side of these wild neighbors!

The FIRST FRIDAY of every month, year-round, downtown Portsmouth celebrates its inspired art community with special flair by presenting its Art ‘Round Town gallery walk. Art ‘Round Town is free and open to the public taking place from 5 to 8 p.m. Visit participating gallery websites for details.

Hampton, NH -Wardtone Records, the Seacoast's newest destination for vinyl lovers
and music fans, will celebrate its Grand Opening Weekend on Friday, August 1st and
Saturday, August 2nd, with live music, complimentary refreshments, exclusive discounts,
and family-friendly fun.

Wardtone Records has been building buzz since its soft opening earlier this summer.
The Grand Opening weekend marks the store's official launch and will showcase the
shop's carefully cleaned and curated collection of new and vintage vinyl, CDs, cassettes,
and more.

Wardtone Records is located inside Full Moon Vintage Village at 835 Lafayette Road,
Hampton, NH, a newly opened 5,500 square foot shopping destination, which in addition
to Wardtone Records features Full Moon Toys and over two other dozen unique vendors
selling antiques, pop culture collectibles, vintage furniture, home decor and more.

"We've spent months building this shop by hand and crate-digging for the best inventory," said owner Adam Ward. "This weekend is about celebrating music, connecting with
the community, and having some fun. Whether you're a serious collector or just curious,
we'd love for you to stop by."

The event is free to attend, and all ages are welcome. Live performances will take place
on-site, and there is ample free parking available at Full Moon Vintage Village.

Wardtone Records is an independent record store based in Hampton, NH, offering
a hand-picked selection of vinyl records, CDs, tapes, and more. With a focus on
quality, curation, and community, Wardtone aims to be a local hub for music lovers,
collectors, and curious newcomers alike.

On the first Friday of each summer month local shops, artists, and food vendors will stay open after hours to pop-up, and celebrate the arts and culture of Littleton and the surrounding North Country region. First Friday is a grassroots event that values collaboration and connection within our community. This year the event will take place on our downtown Main Street and Riverfront Park: June 6th, July 4th, and August 1st from 5pm to 10pm and is free and open to the public.

Exhibit Statement
To mark our 10th anniversary, 3S Artspace proudly presents —an exhibition celebrating a curated group of artists who have shaped our Gallery and have, we hope, found inspiration and momentum here since we opened our doors for full-time operations in 2015.

This exhibition is both reflection and celebration: a dynamic snapshot of the bold, varied, and ever-evolving practices that have enlivened our space and deepened our connection to community over the past decade. Through their distinct voices and visions, these artists have sparked dialogue, taken risks, and invited us to grow alongside them.

We invite you to revisit these voices—some familiar, some transformed—and explore this living archive of contemporary expression, experimentation, and creative exchange. Accompanying each work are personal reflections from the artists, offering insight into their evolving practices and the paths they’ve taken since exhibiting at 3S.
