Women's+ (and Marginalized Gender) These experiences are led by women, trans and non-binary folks for members of these marginalized genders. What is a marginalized gender? Trans men and women, non-binary, and two-spirit people, in addition to cisgender women, are members of this group who have been historically marginalized based on gender.
