Slow Art Day
Slow Art Day
Mindfulness. Less stress. Enjoyment. Creativity. The feel-good benefits of slowly looking at art are numerous – especially when you’re part of a supportive community. Take a deep breath, get curious, and slow down with us.
Join us on Saturday, April 11 for Slow Art Day, a global celebration of the power of slow looking. Guide-facilitated mindful looking sessions take place at 11 AM and 1 PM. There will also be artmaking in the Creative Studio and a self-guided slow looking activity for those who prefer to go slow at their own pace.
New Hampshire resident? Enjoy free admission all day as part of Second Saturday, generously sponsored by St. Mary's Bank and Pamela Diamantis and Morey Goodman.
