Rooting in Nature Forest Bathing: Fall Equinox

Rooting in Nature Forest Bathing: Fall Equinox

Join for a special Fall Equinox Forest Bathing experience to honor the balance of light and dark as we shift into a new season. We’ll reflect on themes of transition, gratitude, and letting go through mindful connection with nature.

🌲 Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is the simple practice of taking in the forest atmosphere through the senses for health benefits.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Our time together includes gentle movement, meditation, opportunities to stop and connect with the natural world along the way, and concludes with herbal tea where we can reflect and share our experiences in community.

Brittany Carr, Rooting in Nature LLC
Certified Forest Therapy GuideWhat participants are saying...

"The entire experience was so grounding and peaceful. Brittany just brings a natural calm and comfort to everyone around her. Having this set time to slow down and reflect on my own life—growth and shortcomings, past and future—and to connect that reflection to the earth was meaningful and emotional." 一Alicia
