New England Seasons: An Impressionistic View Exhibition of paintings at New Hampshire Antique Co-op

Milford, NH – New Hampshire Antique Co-op presents New England Seasons: An Impressionistic View, an exhibition and sale of more than 30 paintings that ­exemplify the landscapes and seascapes that attract artists and visitors alike to New England. Featured artists from the nineteenth century to the present include: Aldro Thompson Hibbard (1886-1972), founder of the Rockport Art Colony; Emile Albert Gruppe (1896-1978), renowned New England landscape and marine painter; Charles Curtis Allen (1886-1950), student of Philip Hale, Hermann Dudley Murphy, and Henry D. Rice; William Lester Stevens (1888-1969), student of William Tarbell, Frank Benson, Philip Hale, and William Paxton (Boston Museum School); Paul Bernard King (1867-1947), known for his portraits, landscapes, and rural scenes; John Joseph Enneking (1841-1916), studied in Boston with Samuel Gerry; and T.M. Nicholas (b.1963), known for his colorful New England setting landscapes and coastal scenes. 
From rocky coastlines, quaint seaside villages and fishing hamlets, to shimmering New Hampshire lakes, church steeples and snow covered mountains, New England has it all. This selection of ­impressionistic paintings captures the color, texture and ever-changing light that make New England so unique. Visit New England Seasons: An Impressionistic View, featured in the Tower Gallery at New Hampshire Antique Co-op, now through September 30, 2022 and enjoy a day of antiquing and fine art.
 New Hampshire Antique Co-op is a destination shop for fine art, period furniture, porcelain, silver, collectibles, jewelry and more. It is one of the largest group antique shops in the state and was established in 1983 by the Hackler family. The shop features more than 200 dealers and was named "Best of New England" by Yankee Magazine and "Best of New Hampshire" by New Hampshire Magazine. New Hampshire Antique Co-op is located 1.5 miles west of the Milford Oval at 323 Elm Street in Milford, New Hampshire.
