Let's Make Ornaments! For a good cause!

Let's Make Ornaments! For a good cause!

On October 10, 17, and 24 from 4-7 p.m. ArtHub and Nashua Area Artists Association will hold FREE ornament painting workshop sessions. The NAAA will supply everything you need. Everyone will paint TWO ornaments: one is for you to take home, and one for us to sell with 100% of the proceeds going to Tails to Freedom.

The workshops will be in memory of Baby Grace, who passed away recently, and was the beloved dog belonging to one of the NAAA's longtime members, Lauren Boss.

Tails to Freedom is a non-profit dedicated to helping pets and their owners who are having financial and other difficulties. In Baby Grace's case, they helped with medical needs' payment.

Lauren Boss has been involved with the NAAA for 25 years. She's served on the board almost the entire time - first as treasurer and then co-president, as co-director of the Greeley Park Art Show and gallery co-manager during that time at our various previous gallery locations at 30 Temple St, the Hunt Building, and West Pearl Street).

Lauren brought her rescue dogs to our meetings.

Her Baby Grace developed cancer and Tails to Freedom contributed to help with the vet bills especially for scans, treatments, etc.) Tails to Freedom is a non-profit which helps dogs and their owners.
