Electric Earth Concerts presents "To a Child Dancing"
Electric Earth Concerts presents "To a Child Dancing". A moving and magical program featuring composers from three different musical realms: Finnish, English, and German. Artistic directors Laura Gilbert and Jonathan Bagg join soprano Rebecca Farley and harpist Tomina Parvanova. Program includes John Tavener’s To a Child Dancing in the Wind (poetry of W. B. Yeats), Harald Genzmer’s Trio for flute, harp, and viola and Kaija Saariaho’s New Gates. First Church in Jaffrey, 7:00 pm.
Admission is $30, payable online or at the door via cash or check. Students may attend for free.
