Cheesemaking at Home
This hands-on workshop will cover the basics of how to make simple, delicious cheese in your own kitchen. We will cover equipment, supplies, and basic techniques used to make most types of cheese. Each participant will take part in making a batch of fresh mozzarella, ricotta, and paneer which will be made from start to finish in the class. Participants will take home instructions and a set of ingredients (minus the milk) to make a batch or two at home. Registration required.
