NHPR will air a new one-hour special program from NPR News looking into the impeachment inquiry around President Donald Trump.
NPR Morning Edition Host Steve Inskeep will host “NPR Special Report: The Impeachment Inquiry Against Donald J. Trump.” The program will air on NHPR on Sunday, November 3 at 11 a.m.
In light of a whistleblower’s complaint against President Trump, the program will focus on a central question: did the president abuse his power when he asked for an investigation into a political rival during a call with the president of Ukraine last July? Coverage will include an explainer of the case against the president so far and the president’s defense. It will also reference some of the key players offering testimony in the inquiry.
