PCA's 29th Annual Auction
Portsmouth Christian Academy’s 29th Annual Auction will take place Saturday, March 16 2024 with doors opening at 8am and the live program beginning at 8:45am. The Annual Auction is Portsmouth Christian Academy’s largest fundraiser to benefit families through Variable Tuition.
This event raises money for PCA's Variable Tuition program, which supports almost 50 percent of PCA families financially in their education choice. Mike Runey, Head of School and co-host of Saturday’s auction, says, "Many families want to come to PCA, but cannot due to finances. Our approach is to come alongside families who have demonstrated need with Variable Tuition. Our Annual Auction is the primary way we raise funds to remove the financial obstacles to a PCA education."
The Auction contains many facets and includes Online Bidding, Silent Auction, Live Auction and an opportunity to Sponsor a Child. General Admission seating is available and open to the public. Those attending Saturday's auction can bid on items such as a ride on a Dover Fire engine, one-hour plane ride, Costa Rica Stay, 100 Gallons of Oil or Propane, everything you need for a backyard pizza making party, dinner for two at the Newburyport Lighthouse, and in keeping with this year's theme hand-crafted wreaths for every sacred holiday throughout the year plus over a hundred more items — There is truly something for everyone!
All auction items can be previewed at pca2024.givesmart.com. Individuals may also consider making a 100% tax-deductible donation to support PCA's Variable Tuition program by donating to Sponsor-a-Child.
