The Classics Orchestra Concerts will be held on Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM at the PSU Silver Center for the Arts. The season finale on July 31, “Open the Gates,” will include Valerie Coleman’s Umoja: Anthem of Unity, Gershwin’s Piano Concerto in F featuring pianist Artina McCain, and Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition (orchestrated by Ravel), also conducted by Mélisse Brunet.
