Hike of a Lifetime

Hike of a Lifetime

Be prepared to laugh as humor is used to motivate this session!

Hiking has taught Ken Bosse and David Salois more about life than any self-help book, mostly because the mountains don’t care about excuses. Out there, preparation matters, bad decisions show up fast, and overconfidence usually ends with you out of breath, wet, or questioning your life choices. Every hike is a reminder that you can’t carry everything, shortcuts are a lie, and the people you bring with you matter—especially if one of them might have to help you limp out of the woods. For them, the trail is where you learn patience, humility, teamwork, and how not to panic when things go sideways… lessons that turn out to be pretty useful once you’re back in the real world too.

*Ken’s books will be available for sale at the event!*

Ken Bosse, author and pastor, and David Salois, retired police chief and insurance manager, are experienced hikers with dozens of years experience. All proceeds from their hiking talks and books sales go toward NH Search and Rescue.
