This beloved CHHS community event, held on May 6, 2026, at 6 pm on the State House Lawn in downtown Concord, invites participants to run or walk a 5K route or enjoy a shorter one-mile loop through the city streets.

Rock ’N Race isn’t just a fun evening with music and community spirit—it’s a fundraiser that directly supports the PCCC, including the HOPE Resource Center, which provides vital programs like nurse navigation, nutritional support, social work, and financial guidance for patients and their families at no cost.
