Republican Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson On His Plans For 2017

Now that the 2016 elections are over, many state governments can begin making plans for the new term. With many of President-elect Donald Trump’s plans still up in the air, governors are making plans to tackle issues like state budgets, Obamacare and marijuana.
