San Francisco is getting ready for an election on November 3. As the city grapples with the hot issue of housing and limiting development in a tech boom, voters will have the chance to elect a new mayor.

Incumbent Mayor Ed Lee is considered the frontrunner. He’s up against five other candidates, including Reed Martin, who was Here & Now host Jeremy Hobson’s high school debate partner.
