A study of voter registration for this election shows that only 67 percent of Americans who are eligible to vote are registered. That's the same percentage as in the 1996 presidential election. Host Lisa Simeone talks with Curtis Gans, Director of the Committee for the Study of the American Electorate, who predicts that turnout isn't going to be much better than in 1996.
