Lawmakers return to Concord this week after having a week off and they got right down to some controversial legislation. Issues discussed on Monday include whether to move forward with commuter rail from Boston to New Hampshire, whether to prohibit women from exposing their nipples in pubic(breastfeeding excluded) to making bestiality explicitly illegal in New Hampshire(currently N.H. is one of 10 states that don't specifically by statue outlaw sexual conduct with animals.)
And later this week the House Finance Committee will take up the largest piece of legislation this session: whether to continue the state's Medicaid expansion programanother two years. The full Senate will also be meeting on Thursday to take up dozens of bills.
