Event Description

This one hour class gives moms a chance to focus on baby with yoga poses enabling bonding and breath. It allows you to focus on your body and mind while still tending to your child. Following the 30-45 minute class(depending on how the children are feeling) will be an opportunity to bring out snacks and chat with other moms.
