Deadly anti-government protests in Iran enter third week

More than 500 people have been killed in recent anti-government protests in Iran, and more than 10,000 have been arrested, according to a United States-based rights group.

Here & Now‘s Peter O’Dowd speaks with CNN international correspondent Nada Bashir about why the protests have become so widespread and what foreign intervention in Iran may look like.
