Nature's Nightshift: Owl Program and Prowl with Tailwinds at Creek Farm

Nature's Nightshift: Owl Program and Prowl with Tailwinds at Creek Farm

Did you know that New Hampshire is home to 11 species of owls that call our woodlands and fields home? The Forest Society is proud to steward thousands of acres of wildlife habitat and also protect this habitat and these wild neighbors’ homes.

This program, in partnership with Tailwinds environmental educators, will allow participants to meet an owl ambassador up close and in person, learn about raptor biology, adaptations and natural history, habitat and environmental concerns as well as the impact of humans on wildlife and raptors and what you can do to help these wild neighbors. Following our program, we will take a short walk around the Education Center to practice our owl calls.
