Swine Flu Death Toll Rises Amid Angst In U.S.

The swine flu death toll in Mexico has now officially reached 149. In the U.S., 48 cases have been confirmed but, thus far, no deaths.

Julio Frenk, of the Harvard University School of Public Health, is a former Minister of Health in Mexico. Frenk is joined by Mayor Hal Baldwin of Schertz, Texas, to discuss the health crisis. Six schools in Schertz are closed due to the swine flu.
