Portsmouth Athenaeum Presents Handel and Haydn Society Concert

The Portsmouth Athenaeum is honored to present a special performance by Boston’s GRAMMY®--winning Handel and Haydn Society on Saturday, April 26, at 3:00 PM at St. John’s Church, 101 Chapel Street, Portsmouth.

This exquisite program will feature works by Bach, Vivaldi, Handel, and more, performed by a world-class ensemble of Aisslinn Nosky (violin), Fiona Hughes (violin), Sara Freiberg (cello), Ian Watson (harpsichord), and Sarah Vitale (soprano).

With an unparalleled 210-season legacy, H+H is the longest-running performing arts organization in the U.S., renowned for its ability to bring early classical music to life with authenticity and passion.
