The New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism predicts an increase in tourism and spending this summer, four percent more than last year – and they expect nearly a million out of state visitors this weekend alone.
Between Friday and Tuesday, the state predicts out-of-staters will spend more than $150 million dollars in New Hampshire. That boost will kick off the state’s busiest travel season.
The division of travel and tourism expects a major increase in tourism this summer over last: between June 30 and the beginning of fall, 17 million visitors are expected to spend two and a quarter billion dollars in New Hampshire.
