President Donald Trump delivers his second State of the Union speech Feb. 5, 2019

President Donald Trump will deliver a State of the Union address Tuesday night at approximately 9.

Watch the speech live at the scheduled time below, followed by the Democratic response by former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams.

The speech follows the longest shutdown in U.S. history, and the deadline to avoid another one is in less than two weeks.
