MT. EUSTIS COMMUNITY SKI AND RIDE HILL RE-OPENING, LITTLETON
Saturday February 7 9:00 AM Mt. Official opening, the culmination of more than 2 years' worth of community planning, donations and volunteerism, the day's festivities will begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony and historic inaugural rope tow ride before opening to the public for the first time since the hill's closure in the 1980s. PIRATES OF THE HIGH SKIS FUNDRAISER FOR ADAPTIVE SPORTS, CANNON MOUNTAIN
Saturday February 7 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Ski or ride like a pirate, registered participants spend the day skiing or riding Cannon Mountain while hunting for pirate treasure. Saturday February 7 1:30-4:30 PM Meet at the end of Jim Noyes Hill Road in Landaff. The hike will be led by Ammonoosuc Conservation Trust (ACT) board member and naturalist Steve Sabre and Executive Directory Rebecca Brown. We will be on the lookout for wildlife tracks, according to conditions bring snowshoes, country skies, yaktrax, camera, kids, dogs, and dress warmly. Carpool if possible as parking is limited.
