Attorney Who Argued Same-Sex Marriage Reacts To Ruling

The Supreme Court has legalized same-sex marriage nationwide. The 5-4 ruling in Obergefell v. Hodges says the constitution does guarantee same-sex couples the right to marry. Here & Now’s Robin Young turns to Douglas Hallward-Driemeier, one of the two attorneys who argued this case before the Supreme Court and won.
