Gas Prices Rise In Parts of Northern New England

Gasoline prices have risen slightly in parts of northern New England.

In New Hampshire, prices rose 2.5 cents per gallon, averaging $2.52.

The price in Maine went up 1.8 cents per gallon, averaging $2.59. The price actually went down less than a penny in Vermont, averaging $2.61 per gallon.

The national average price of $2.74 is up 27.6 cents per gallon from a month ago and stands 9.3 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.
